We grade all products based on their cosmetic condition, functionality and included accessories. Here’s how it works:

New – Sealed. Includes original box, manual and inserts. Mint condition.
CIB (Complete In Box) – Comes with original box, manual and inserts. Used but in good condition.
Loose – Just the item, no box, manual or insterts. Used but in good condition.
Fair – Fully functional but in poor cosmetic condition.

Please make sure all items are clean and presentable. Items that are dirty, heavily scratched, warped, cracked, or chipped may be rejected or valued lower.
