Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

All products are shipped directly from us. Place and pay for your order before 3:00 PM on weekdays, and we’ll ship it the same day.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can follow your package in real time.

📦 Shipping Partner

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered by PostNL.

International orders are shipped with PostNL and delivered by trusted local postal partners in the destination country.

⏰ Expected Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–2 business days. During busy periods, delivery may take a bit longer.

Delivery to other countries usually takes 3-7 business days.

We recommend keeping an eye on your Track & Trace page for the latest updates.

If your order fits through the letterbox, you don’t need to be home to receive it.

💸 Shipping Costs

We use flat-rate shipping, based on your destination country. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders over €100 ship for free.

📍 Pick-up

Want to grab your order in person? You can collect it from us in Almere.

We don’t have a physical shop, so all orders must be placed and paid for online first. Simply choose “Pick-up” at checkout to skip shipping costs.

Pick-up is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, by appointment only.
