Returns and Refunds

Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order if you are not satisfied.

After notifying us of your return, you have 14 days to send the product back or return it in person.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Be returned in their original packaging

If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Once we receive your return, you may choose:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund

Returns are processed as quickly as possible and no later than 7 days after receipt.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive the returned item.

If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded, as required by EU consumer law.

We can provide a PostNL return shipping label for customers located in the Netherlands or Belgium.

The return label is free of charge if we made a mistake (wrong item sent).

If you return a product for another reason, choose a refund and want to use our return label:

  • Netherlands: €4.99 will be deducted from your refund
  • Belgium: €8.99 will be deducted from your refund

You may also return the product using your own shipping method or return it in person. In that case, no return label is required.
